We offer an initial FREE consultation to answer any questions you may have about our packages. Once you decide to book us, we'll ask for a 20% deposit and a signed contract to secure your date. After that, we'll schedule an in-person meeting to go over all the details and ensure everything is perfect for your big day!

Frequently Asked Questions
How many images will we receive?
We don’t believe in limits! Your wedding day deserves to be fully captured, so we’ll provide all the beautiful moments we capture.
Do you give us all of the RAW files?
Yes, we can provide RAW files upon request. We charge a $450 fee for RAW files for video footage.
Can we meet you before booking?
Of course! We’d love to connect and get to know you. Whether in person, online, or if our schedules line up, we can meet in person for a coffee. Basically, we’ll arrange whatever works best for you.
Do you travel for photoshoots?
Absolutely! We love travelling around Victoria and discovering new locations to add to our recommended list. Also, we do interstate weddings.
What if we need to raincheck or cancel?
If you need to postpone or cancel, we offer a 20-day grace period after the deposit is paid and the contract is signed. After this period, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as outlined in the contract.
